In a bizarre mix-up, a man received an empty glass instead of the lime soda he ordered from Swiggy. Aaraynsh, the customer, took to social media platform X to share his frustration and humour over the incident.
“Thanks, Swiggy, for sending me a sealed empty glass. I hope my lime soda will come in another order,” Aaraynsh wrote sarcastically, posting a picture of the empty container.
Swiggy promptly responded, saying, “Hi Aryansh! That seems odd, can you help us with your order ID? We’ll look into this.”
Later, Aaraynsh updated followers, noting, “Thanks, resolved now, received a refund of ₹80 for soda worth ₹120.”
