A request was made to Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar for holding a meeting on April 21, 2024, on behalf of the residents of Lake Town Society, including Rishikesh Shah, Nitin Shejal, Anil Zodge, Vivek Deshpande, Kalpak Lunia, Devesh Raikar, Rasik Gandhi, and Seema Zodge. 

The purpose of the meeting was to address some significant issues of Lake Town Society in Bibvewadi, Pune and its surrounding area. In response to that plea, Pawar paid a visit to the Lake Town Society, called a meeting, and gave his word that he would learn about all of the community’s issues and find solutions. 

Prateek Kadam and the society’s members put together a well-organized program. The Lake Town Society was well-represented during the gathering. Other dignitaries in attendance included MLA Bhimrao Tapkir, Corporator Prakash Kadam, Yuvraj Beldare, and others.
