Bobby Deol’s nostalgic Juhu bungalow is a blend of ‘Tradition and Modernity’

Bobby Deol’s family home in Mumbai, where he lives with Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, and their families, is a testament to nostalgia and traditional Indian decor. The actor has opened the doors of his Juhu bungalow, offering a peep into a residence rich with memories and history.

Bobby Deol, who has lived in this Juhu bungalow for five decades, recently gave a virtual tour of his home in an interview. His wife, Tanya Deol, has been instrumental in putting together the house. They live here with their two sons – Aryaman and Dharam Deol – as well as Bobby’s parents, Dharmendra and his first wife Prakash Kaur, and his brother Sunny Deol and family.

The home is adorned with light wooden furniture. A warm color palette of beiges and browns, and an array of Indian art and artifacts adorns the interiors. Despite its modern-meets-traditional vibe, the house exudes an inviting, homely feel.

Hand-painted and carved wall art pieces, along with intriguing light fixtures, add character to the common areas. The walls are dotted with solo photos of Bobby and family pictures. The memories in the pictures give the space deeply personal feel.

The living room stands out with its calm, warm ambiance. It features a comfy L-shaped sofa, glass windows and doors.

There is creativity flowing in a mix of intricate art and colorful cushions. A carved wooden divider adds visual interest. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the dining room and living room, maintaining a minimal yet comfortable design throughout the house.

Bobby Deol’s career has seen a resurgence with his antagonist role in Ranbir Kapoor-starrer, Animal. He is set to appear in several upcoming projects, including a YRF spy film starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, where he will play a villain, and he will also face off against Suriya in Kanguva.

Bobby Deol’s Juhu bungalow is not just a home but a repository of his family’s rich history and memories.
