Bhosari : Indrayani Thadi festival receives overwhelming response citizens
Bhosari: Indrayani Thadi festival which was started as ‘Sanman Nari Shakti, Pride of Indian Culture’ was inaugurated on January 25 at the grounds of Ankushrao Landge Natyagruha in Bhosari. The festival has been receiving good responses from citizens. The festival is organised by Bhosari MLA Mahesh Landge and was inaugurated by deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Spread over 17 acres, the five-day festival will be full of entertainment, good food and shopping. More than a thousand stalls covering food, clothing, handmade items, etc. are part of the fair. A fun fair and various competitions have also been arranged for children.
On the first day of Indryanithadi, citizens came to the festival in large numbers. The venue has been placed under camera surveillance with 90 CCTV cameras at work. A total of 120 police personnel and 300 volunteers were present at the venue to help the citizens.
