A shocking development has emerged in the Kalyaninagar accident case where a 17-year-old boy, allegedly drunk, drove a Porsche and killed two techies on May 19. The incident occurred around 2:30 am when the Porsche hit a two-wheeler, resulting in the immediate deaths of the victims.

The police investigation revealed a disturbing mix-up in blood samples. It was initially thought that the child’s mother had provided a blood sample, but DNA tests showed discrepancies. The samples taken did not match the child’s mother’s DNA.

Following the accident, the minor’s father and grandfather were arrested. The pub manager who served the minor alcohol was also arrested and suspended for delaying the report to the police control room. The case attracted significant social media criticism of the police and other agencies.
Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the Police Commissionerate due to the gravity of the incident. Further investigation showed that the blood samples taken from the minor in the morning had been switched. The minor’s father was implicated in the tampering.

Blood samples taken secretly from the minor 18 hours after the accident were matched with his father’s DNA. However, the blood samples taken in the morning did not match the father’s or the child’s DNA, raising questions. The police confirmed that the morning blood samples were not from the mother.
