Maharashtra: State CET exam results to be declared by June 19

Pune- The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has announced that the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) group exam results will be declared on or before June 19 on its official website. Previously, the CET Cell had notified that the results would be declared on June 12.

The tentative schedule of the various exams conducted by the State CET Cell was announced today from which students figured out when the results of the pre-entrance exams they had appeared for would be declared. Now students will have to wait for the results till June 19 or they may be declared before that.

Out of 341,765 PCB group students who registered for the exam, about 295,576 students appeared for it. Meanwhile, of the 411,174 PCM group registered students of the state, 379,868 students took the exam. Overall, a total of 675,444 students appeared for the exam and are eagerly waiting for their results. The PCB group exam was held from April 22 to 30, while the PCM group exam was held from May 2 to 16, 2024. The provisional answer key was released on May 21, with objections accepted until May 25.

A wave of disappointment washed over the students as the result declaration was postponed to June 19. As mentioned by a Class 12 student, they want to begin with their admission process in prominent engineering colleges but as they are still awaiting their CET results, the admission will face a delay. Students wish for the State CET Cell to immediately announce the dates and not postpone any further.

2.      On the homepage, click on ‘login’

3.      Enter your credentials and proceed to login

4.      Once the results are live, click on the link to view the MHT CET result 2024

5.      Download a copy and take a printout for future reference
