Major reshuffle in Pune city police department; 21 officers transferred
In a significant administrative move, the Pune City Police Department has temporarily transferred several officers for administrative reasons. The order was issued by Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar on Thursday.
The reshuffle includes the transfer of five Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACP), five Senior Police Inspectors, nine Police Inspectors, and two Sub-Inspectors. This decision aims to address administrative needs within the department.
