Former Shiv Sena corporator Ajay Bhosale has asked for an investigation into a land scam that occurred in 2017. Bhosale has implicated Rajkumar Bramhadatta Agarwal and Vinod Kumar Agarwal, associated with Bramha Corp, in the suspicious death of Harris Sequeira, who was allegedly involved in a fraudulent land transaction in Goa orchestrated by the Agarwal brothers. The disputed properties include 232 acres in Kuthadi, 5 acres in Raibandar, and 60 acres in Dona Paula.

In a letter to Pune’s Commissioner of Police, Amitesh Kumar, Bhosale alleges that the Agarwal brothers, along with two officers from Koregaon Park police, lawyer Zende, and criminal Vikram Bhosle, conspired against Sequeira. They purportedly fabricated evidence, forcibly brought Sequeira to Pune, and subsequently sent him to Yerwada Jail, where he died under suspicious circumstances.

The letter, signed by Ajay Bhosale, demands a thorough investigation by a DCP-rank officer to uncover the truth and provide justice for Sequeira’s heirs, which include his two daughters, one residing in Goa and the other in Sydney, Australia.
