Pune Municipal Corporation Demolishes Illegal Constructions In Bavdhan

It looks like the Pune Municipal Corporation is really cracking down on illegal constructions, especially in Bavdhan. They demolished some food joints and eateries that were built without proper permissions. It’s tough for the operators, who mentioned they were in the process of regularizing their property but still faced demolition. The recent actions seem to be a response to some unfortunate incidents, like the alleged drug party and hit-and-run case. The PMC seems to be taking these issues seriously.

Pune Municipal Corporation has been quite active in dealing with illegal constructions and violations in the city. It’s surprising to hear that so many restaurants were operating illegally on rooftops. The actions taken by the administration, like demolishing some and closing others, show they are serious about enforcing regulations.

The Pune Municipal Corporation took action against illegal constructions in various areas, including rooftop restaurants in Kalyaninagar, Mundhwa, Pune railway station area, Koregaon Park, Vimannagar, Deccan, Kothrud, and Ghorpadi. The recent demolition drive in Bavdhan was part of their ongoing efforts to tackle unauthorized constructions in the city.For the past few weeks, following the Porsche car case and the recent L3 Lounge case, the authorities have been actively holding demolition drives across all areas in the city.
