Pune News : Sharad Pawar to hold review meeting on the backdrop of Chinchwad by-polls

“Make the necessary corrections and start preparing for the election process,” suggested Nationalist Congress Party, supremo, Sharad Pawar, when former corporator of Pimple Saudagar, Vitthal Nana Kate and other office bearers of NCP met him recently.

In a recent meeting held in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Sharad Pawar, the head of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), urged party officials to make the necessary corrections and begin the election preparation process for the upcoming municipal elections. The meeting was attended by Nana Kate and other NCP leaders who received instructions from Sharad Pawar to review the Chinchwad Assembly by-election and learn from their mistakes.

Sharad Pawar collected ward-by-ward data for the Chinchwad Legislative Assembly by-election and sought every detail of the election, including who voted, how many people worked, and also of the shortcomings. He also heard to the concerns of party officials and other dignitaries who provided information on the misuse of financial resources and police harassment to workers.

After reviewing all the issues, Sharad Pawar urged party officials to act carefully and correct the errors made in the Chinchwad Vidhan Sabha by-elections as the first step in preparing for the upcoming municipal elections. He also announced that a review meeting will soon be scheduled with the opposition leader, Ajit Pawar.

Sharad Pawar emphasized that the Mahavikas Aghadi’s condition is currently quite favourable and they will prevail in every forthcoming election if they prepare and work diligently.
