Pune Residents Gear Up For Exciting Bicycle Ride On World Bicycle Day

As the world gears up to celebrate World Bicycle Day on 3 June, 2024, residents of Pune are getting ready for an exhilarating bicycle ride through the city streets. Organised by the Pune Municipality, this event aims to promote sustainable transportation and a healthy lifestyle among citizens.

The starting point for the bicycle ride is set at the iconic Pune Municipal Corporation Main Building to Jangli Maharaj road to Bajirao Road to Tilak Road to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road To PMC Main Building.

Cyclists will gather at 6:30 am, brimming with enthusiasm to pedal through the city’s vibrant lanes. One of the remarkable aspects of this event is its inclusivity — there is no registration required to participate. This open invitation encourages residents of all ages and backgrounds to join in the celebration of cycling and its myriad benefits.
