Hit-and-run cases are so unfortunate. It’s really heartbreaking to hear about such a tragic incident. A sad incident occurred on Maan Road near Hinjewadi, where a security supervisor, Pradip More (38), tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run accident. He was on his scooter when an unknown vehicle collided with him. More, who was from Maangaon, had just dropped off his wife at her workplace in Hinjawadi before the accident happened. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he sadly passed away.
To address hit-and-run cases like this, it’s crucial to raise awareness about road safety and the importance of staying at the scene of an accident. Implementing stricter penalties for hit-and-run offenders could act as a deterrent. Additionally, increasing the presence of CCTV cameras on roads can help in identifying vehicles involved in such incidents. It’s essential for everyone to prioritize safety on the roads and show responsibility towards fellow road users.
