An eight-year-old boy was abducted and brutally murdered in the Wakad Police Station area of Pimpri Chinchwad yesterday. The incident has been shocking to the residents of the area. In this case, Wakad Police has taken the accused into custody.
This eight-year-old boy was abducted and sexually abused. The boy was playing in the yard of his house. The accused kidnapped the boy and sexually abused him. He was killed after being tortured. This incident took place in the Wakad police station jurisdiction area.
The Wakad police have booked Pawan Jogeshwar Prasad Pandey in the case. The deceased child’s father is originally a resident of the state of Madhya Pradesh.
He is currently living in the Wakad area and works as a labourer in a brick making factory. At the same place, the accused Pawan Jogeshwar Prasad Pandey worked at a sugarcane juice cart. The police investigation revealed that Pawan Jogeshwar Prasad Pandey had kidnapped the victim.
The CCTV footage shows the victim walking with Pawan Jogeshwar Prasad Pandey before he was abducted. After the victim was physically abused, his body was dumped near the garbage hill in Bavdhan.
The boy suddenly went missing while playing in the yard of the house. The father of the dead boy rushed to the Wakad police station as the boy wasn’t found despite a search. He filed a missing complaint about his son. In this case, the Wakad police have registered a case against the accused Pawan Jogeshwar Prasad Pandey under sections 302 and 377 of IPC. He has been arrested.
