Pune : Vishal Surendra Kumar Agarwal faces another legal blow with a sixth case registered against him at the Hinjewadi police station. The latest allegations involve cheating the owners of Nancy Bramha Society, constructed in 2007.

Vishal Arun Adsul has lodged a complaint against Agarwal and his associates for unauthorized construction activities. The complaint names Agarwal, his brother Ram Kumar Agarwal, Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Nandlal Kimtani, and Ashish Kimtani. They allegedly built 11-storey and 10-storey buildings without the necessary permissions from society members.

The accused reportedly created three separate societies and misrepresented amenity and open spaces on different maps. This misrepresentation bypassed the mandatory provision of parking and open spaces for the 71 members of Nancy Bramha Society. As per residents Plot number 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the image are shown as part of Nancy Brahma Co. H. So. in the sanction plan. However builder never handed over these to us. Instead builder constructed a commercial tower on plot 1 and residential building on plot 2.

According to the police report, the Nancy Bramha Co-Op Society, built in 2007, comprises 71 flats. The society members legally own the parking and amenity spaces. However, the accused allegedly used deceptive practices to obtain approvals for maps showing these spaces as part of new constructions. This led to the unauthorized construction of 66 commercial offices in an 11-storey building and 27 flats and 18 shops in a 10-storey building on the society’s premises.

The FIR has been registered under sections 420, 409, and 34 of the IPC and relevant sections of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act. This case adds to the growing list of legal troubles for Agarwal. The previous cases include serious charges such as cheating, criminal intimidation, and involvement in a fatal accident.

The latest allegations further complicate Agarwal’s legal battles, marking the sixth FIR filed against him.
