The duo previously shared the screen in the 2015 film Piku and are set to appear together in the Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film ‘The Intern’ originally starring Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro.

Deepika and her husband, Ranveer Singh, are expecting their first child, with the baby due in September. The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, shared their pregnancy news in an Instagram post on February 29.

Deepika Padukone was last seen on the big screen in Fighter, alongside Hrithik Roshan. Her upcoming schedule is packed with exciting projects. She is set to star in Kalki 2898 AD, sharing the screen with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. Additionally, she will feature in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Another notable project on her list is the Hindi remake of The Intern, where she will co-star with Amitabh Bachchan once again.
