Supreme Court to Host Special Lok Adalat Week from July 29 to August 3

Pune, June 12: The National Legal Services Authority has organized a Special Lok Adalat Week at the Supreme Court in New Delhi from July 29 to August 3. District parties with pending cases in the Supreme Court or their lawyers are requested to submit their consent forms along with contact numbers and email addresses to the District Legal Services Authority at the email address [email protected] or in person, according to Mahendra Mahajan, Chief District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority.

The National Legal Services Authority has published a list of some pending cases from Pune district on the district court’s website, https://pune.dcourts.gov.in/. These pending cases will be resolved during the Special Lok Adalat. Notices regarding the cases included in the Special Lok Adalat have been issued to the concerned parties through the District Legal Services Authority. Parties and lawyers will be informed of the date for their pre-settlement discussions before the Special Lok Adalat.

Parties can attend either in person or via video conferencing using the link provided by the District Legal Services Authority, as stated by District Legal Services Authority Secretary Sonal Patil.
