The video captured the moment they finally spotted a taxi approaching, prompting them to swiftly signal the driver to stop. Without hesitation, the cricketing stalwarts made a dash for the awaiting vehicle.
India’s journey in the T20 World Cup kicks off with a warm-up match against Bangladesh at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York on June 1. Their campaign officially begins on June 5 against Group A contenders Ireland, followed by a highly-anticipated clash against arch-rivals Pakistan on June 9.
The Indian team is scheduled to face co-hosts USA on June 12 in New York, before heading to Florida for a showdown against Canada on June 15 to conclude their Group A fixtures.
